What I offer
Hi, I’m Sabrina — your Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Consultant, and Strategic Support Partner with over a decade of experience in marketing, recruiting, and executive assistance across international companies and premium brands.
My career began in Stuttgart, where I built a strong foundation in marketing and communication. Over the years, I’ve worked in corporate environments, dynamic media industries, and global luxury brands, taking on roles that required discretion, structure, and a deep understanding of people and processes.
From marketing and executive assistance to on-air talent coordination and end-to-end recruiting, I’ve always worked at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution. Most recently, I led recruitment initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, supporting both sales leadership and headquarter functions such as finance and commercial roles.
Today, I support entrepreneurs, founders, and growing businesses as a Virtual Assistant, helping them regain time, clarity, and focus — while their business continues to move forward efficiently.

Hello and welcome — I’m so happy you’re here.
After completing my high school diploma in 2011 in Stuttgart, I began my journey with a strong foundation in business and communication. I started my apprenticeship as a Marketing Communications Specialist at an internationally operating company, where I gained hands-on experience in structured marketing processes, corporate communication, and professional organization.
Following my successful qualification, I moved to Munich to work as a Marketing and Personal Assistant, supporting both strategic marketing activities and executive-level operations. This role sharpened my ability to think holistically, manage priorities, and work closely with decision-makers.
In April 2015, my career took an exciting turn when I entered the teleshopping industry, where I had my first deep touchpoint with recruiting. I started as a Model Booker and, driven by curiosity and growth, developed further into an On-Air Talent Coordinator by 2017. I completed a part-time degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management at the Fernuniversität Hagen in the same year.
In this role, I ultimately took full on-site responsibility for the recruitment process of sales experts — the on-air presenters who brought products to life in front of the camera. This position was a unique blend of marketing, people management, and recruitment, and it strongly shaped my professional profile.
In April 2023, I joined Christian Dior, where I was responsible for recruitment across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. My focus lay on sales specialists and leadership roles, as well as in-house positions for headquarters functions, including commercial and finance roles. Working in a high-end, fast-paced environment refined my eye for excellence, discretion, and strategic talent placement.
Since 2024, I have been self-employed, working as a recruitment consultant for medical specialists and leadership positions, as well as finance and sales roles. Alongside this, I work as a style consultant and run my own blog focusing on love, resilience, and health — topics that truly matter to me on a human level.
With Italian roots, a deep love for the Mediterranean lifestyle, and having lived four years in Mallorca, I feel most at home where the sun meets the sea — ideally with a cappuccino in hand and a sea view. I speak fluent German, English, Spanish, and Italian, and I thrive in international, culturally diverse environments.
